My Trip in Camiguin

Guinsiliban Bay

For me, Camiguin Island is the best and cool place to hang out with your family and friends. It’s because this place is peaceful and owesome. Foods, souvenirs, and other stuffs here are not too expensive. This island are rich in natural resources like volcanos, springs, falls, bays, historical and sacred places. You found here also the small sweet lanzones. Speaking of volcanos, There are 7 volcanos in this island. You can found here the sister volcanos or they so called Tres Marias. The Mt. Hibok-hibok which is tallest volcano in this island. The Mt. Volcan, which erupted during 18th century and take’s many of lives and houses in Camiguin Island. The Old Volcano, which now they called the walkway to the old volcano and station’s of the cross. And the volcano which is under the White Island, hey guy’s i’m not sure that it is true. Some fellas in this island told me that story.

The Walkway and Sunken Cementery

But anyway, let’s leave that stuff. Let’s go to their pretty cool area’s like springs and water stuff’s. In this area you can found 3 different kinds of springs which are the cold, hot and soda. It’s so amazing to have this in an island. This island also has a watersfalls which they called The Katimbawasan Falls. The famous underwater cementery, Sunken Cementery which you can see the old tomb’s underneath the sea. And lastly the White Island, which is also part of Camiguin. When high tide White Island will disappear for good, and will appear again during low tide.

Sto. Niño, Cold Spring

Guy’s if you visit this place don’t forget to bring extra allowance for the souvenir’s and camera for the pictures taking. Ohh by the way for those know, Pastel was originated in Camiguin not in Cagayan de Oro. And it’s pretty cool if visit this area during Holy Week, Summer, September (Lanzones Fiestaval), and Vacation Week in December. So have fun guy’s, you won’t forget and regret this place.emoticon
